Digital Cholangioscopy and Electrohydraulic Lithotripsy for Type II Mirizzi Syndrome, by Stuart Sherman, MD & Jeffrey J. Easler, MD

A 54-year-old with a history of Down Syndrome and pyloric stenosis presented with jaundice and abdominal pain. Cross-sectional imaging indicated a large cystic duct stone and multiple ERCP procedures were performed that failed to reach the stone. ERCP using digital cholangioscopy with EHL was then performed to fragment the stone.
